You Are A New Creation
Posted by: | CommentsMany times we have a tendency to look at others around us and compare ourselves to them. We have a tendency to see the good in others but we forget what’s special and unique about ourselves.
But know today that God made you just as you are on purpose. You see, the scripture says that before you were born God knew you.
You have to know that you are different. You have been given a gift that is special in God’s eyes. God made no mistake when He formed you in the womb. You have a unique gift that is special to the world.
)You will be surprised that when you’re looking at the gifts others have, they are looking right back at you and admiring your talents and abilities.
You don’t have to feel inferior. No, be encouraged today and know that just as the scripture says, you are above and not beneath. You are the head and not the tail. You can walk tall and know that God has given you something that no other has.

Before You Ask God For Anything, Thank Him For Everything
Posted by: | CommentsAs you charge forth on your journey of life remember to have a nature a gratitude. Thankfulness and appreciation can go along way.
I’ll never forget coming up in the church. And when the minister prayed the prayer, He always began with the words “…before we ask you for anything we want to thank you for everything.”
Those words stuck with me even until this day. I could hear the minister saying the phrase like it was yesterday. Not just because they were fancy – Not just because they had a rhyme or a catchy nature, but because every time he prayed the prayer, it was being further implanted in my mind.

Your Gift Will Make Room For You!
Posted by: | CommentsEveryone has a gift that has been placed on the inside of them. Whether you have the gift of service, the gift of arts, or an exceptional gift of communication, know that it’s a gift from God above.
I encourage you to take that which you love and use it to your benefit today. Know that God wants to see you excel in the talents and treasures that He’s given you.
I challenge you today, to seek ways to make your gift work for you. If you have the gift of communication, seek out opportunities to further your ability. You may find joy in teaching a class or doing a speaking engagement on a topic of your passion.
If your passion is sports, you may want to seek out local venues that will allow you to be seen in your best light.
