Whatever You Feed Grows!

When you give attention to bad habits and negative thinking, you feed that habit. You feed negative thinking.

Everyday we’re feeding something. The more time and attention you give to something, the more you’re feeding it. For instance, the person who gives into anger feeds it. If you’re trying to go on a diet and eat better, the challenge comes in the temptation to resist the cookie out of the cookie jar. If you give into to the urge to eat the cookie, you feed that temptation and you give it power.

In this week’s inspirational video, I challenge you to examine the things you’re feeding daily. Are you feeding good habits or bad habits? Are you giving power to things that are benefiting you in life or things that are hurting you?

Check out my inspirational video below and I hope it blesses you and encourages you to feed good things in your life!
