If we're not careful to tune into an 'encouraging station' we run the risk of internalizing the negative energy -- adding to our challenges. It's important to surround ourselves with supportive and encouraging friends as we take on goals and tasks -- whatever we would like to accomplish. You bring up an important point about believing the naysayers report. If we’re not careful to tune into an ‘encouraging station’ we run the risk of internalizing the negative energy — adding to our challenges. In our lives, there are going to be people who attempt to take down our dreams. I have this done to me many times before and I realized that you just can't give in. You can always acknowledge what they say out of respect, but that should be as far as it should go.
