Hi Kim,

I'm glad to be able to provide a statement worth journaling.

I'm happy to be on your team as well. A spontaneous skype call was helpful on my end as well. ;) Very inspirational.

Hi Ayo,

Absolutely, "There's no I in Team!" I was going to use that line in my pre-draft. But I was getting a little redundant with my "wise man once said 'fill in the blank here'" lines LOL... so I left that one out and said I'd use it another time. Thanks for taking of the slack on my part. LOL Have a nice day!

Hi Robyn,

I love your Ant metaphor here. They are perhaps one of the greatest examples of team building that I can think of. Great point!

Hi Jarrod,

Your statement, 'Allow yourself to accept the assistance of others,' is one for the journal. I admit, I often do things myself, not wanting to impose. As a coach and hypnotherapist, my work has been to give. On the personal front, I've been the caregiver, mediator, provider.

We're here for a mutual exchange - to share and uplift. A spontaneous skype call gave me such a boost ;) I'm happy to be on the same team. Masterminding and working together can be a powerful.

Take care,
Kim

Hi jarrod,
thanks for sharing this and it's important to note the many benefits derived from team. If I may add this cheesy proverb, 'There's no I in Team'.
Take care

Another great post Jarrod :)

I think we need to drop our egos and seek opportunities for support and collaboration, without abusing it of course. There is also a competitive mindset that most of us need to get rid of.

There is much we can learn from ants. They are always working together to ensure the success of their colony. This is where we see the true strength of numbers working together towards a common goal.
