In the corporate world, employees are told that they have an Open Door Policy. To sum up, an Open Door Policy is simply an assurance clause that employers will provide to employees that simply states that you have open access to talk to any employer at anytime about anything.
If you feel uncomfortable or feel that there is room for improvement in the work force, you can go to an employer and state your concerns.
