Hi! Thanks for this inspirational post. I agree with all your points. I just want to add to your give to others statement. Giving doesn't neccessary mean giving money. Sometimes giving money does more harm than good. If you got a friend who constantly borrows money from you and not giving it back, I don't think you'd be helping him/her further by giving him/her more money. There is a saying I once heard that: You give a beggar fish, you feed him for a day; You teach the beggar to fish, you feed him for the rest of his life.
There are more ways to give than one. Giving support, inspiration (like Jarrod), laughter, cheers, and most important of all--giving love.
And also, on the reward yourself part. This is very important. As you cannot give, if you don't have anything to give. You must first refill yourself before you can give unto others.
PS...I'd like to leave you with an inspirational post http://budurl.com/7jdf I hope you like it.

Hi Jarrod,

This post is beautiful. No matter the theory or concept, it all seems to lead back to our Creator. Thank you for reminding us to value ourselves and others in such a way that brings joy.

Be well.
