		<description>That&#039;s very good that you mention overwhelm. Most people are overwhelmed just with their full times jobs and if they have a family and kids, that can take some people to their breaking point.

Thanks for sharing this series - I believe it will be of great benefit to those who work full time and have kids especially. The time management and setting priorities I think are the biggest two keys. Just set a few small priorities and make time for them each day and you get some momentum going and be able to move to bigger things.</description>
