What are you focusing your time, thoughts and energy on? I am an avid believer that what we focus our time and energy on is what we will reap more of in life.
Let’s understand that the type of seeds we sow will determine what type of harvest we reap. When we spend time and communion with God we receive more of Him.
When we wake up in the morning and we focus our thoughts on negative things then I believe we are setting ourselves up for the enemy to come in and wreak havocĀ through our day. When you wake up in the morning, instead of thinking about where you’re lacking in life, be thankful that you are that much closer to your breakthrough.
Devote more time to God through prayer and worship. I believe that when we seek the face of God and we have a desire to be more like Him, we will see a breakthrough.
There is great power in prayer. I’ll never forget the devotional that was said in church countless times when I was coming up as a child which simply states, “Much prayer, much Power; Little prayer, little power; No prayer, no power.”
It’s a catchy phrase but it definitely applies in our lives. The more time we invest spending time with the Lord through prayer, worship and studying the word, the more power we will see revealed in our lives.
I don’t know about you my friend but I am expecting that the more I devote my time in studying the word of the Lord, the more He will manifest Himself in my life.
The word of God doesn’t tell us that we’re lacking, it assures us that we have more than enough. We have the favor of God. In order for Him to manifest miracles in our life we must take out time, if for no other reason, but to show thanks in advance for what He is about to do in our lives. Take out time for worship and prayer as you go forth in your life journey.
