Leave Mediocrity Behind And Rise To A New Level
Leave Mediocrity Behind And Rise To A New Level
ByMany times we find ourselves falling victim to stagnation. I’ll be the first to admit that I get caught lying dormant in my comfort zone.
It’s easy to become comfortable and settled because it relieves us of the responsibility of thinking outside of the box. Sometimes when we know that there is a task to do, we do only what it takes to get the job done.
We don’t always challenge ourselves and go the extra mile, we settle for what it takes to get by. I want to encourage you to take a step out of your comfort zone and think out of the box.
If you want to rise to a new level in life and achieve better results you must change your old ways of thinking and doing things. In fact, Albert Einstein said it best when he quoted insanity as “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
If you want to rise above where you are, you have to change something you’re doing. If what you’re doing is not causing you to triumph, take a step out of your comfort zone and do something that will take you to a new dimension.
Be reminded and thankful that you’re on the winning side. Remember that the word tells us in 2 Corinthians 2:14: “Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.”
We serve an Omnipotent, Omniscient God. The word tells us that to God we are the fragrance of Christ. When we serve God we are declared victorious. we must represent the God that we serve in a true way.
We are not to become stagnant, comfortable and accept mediocrity. No, my friend we are the righteousness of God. I challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and rise to a new level in Christ as you go along your life journey!
